We would ship our items to the address by your instruction – which will be the shipment destination - as the address shown in buyer’s account will be used, unless notified otherwise. 2. All packages will be sent within 3 business days after the confirmation of your payment.
3. Shipment via express means is available such as FedEx, UPS or EMS. Please contact us in advance for such arrangement, at an additional cost, depending on the destination country. Express shipment is processed within 24 hours after payment is cleared.
4. It usually takes approximately 7-15 business days to receive your order, not including weekend and holiday, though subject to individual country’s postage as well as customs random inspection. But our goal remains to always proceed as soon as possible so buyer will receive their item prompt.
4. If the item has not arrived within 30 days after payment made, please contact us so we would open an official enquiry at the local post office. If the result of the official investigation states a delivery loss, we would like to reship your item immediately or refund you fully.
