The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) will carry out maintenance on its eServices between 25 April and 26 April 2026.
On Saturday, 25 April: - From 8pm to 8am on Sunday, 26 April: Labour Market Statistical Information (stats.mom.gov.sg), appointments at MOM Services Centre, myMOM Portal, Work Pass Online (WPOL) for businesses/employment agencies and for employers of foreign domestic workers, and checking WSH training records will be unavailable. - From 10pm to 7am on Sunday, 26 April: Labour Market Statistical Information, applying for overtime exemption, Employment Agencies and Personnel Search (EA Directory), e-Notification to hire Pre-approved Letter of Consent holders, e-Notification to Perform Work Pass Exempt Activities, Foreign Worker Tenant Enquiry Service (FWTES), FWMOMCare, Online Foreign Worker Address Service (OFWAS), paying FMMD or LRWD compositions, registering a foreign domestic worker's interim address, SGWorkPass, submitting an appeal for an FMMD case, Union-Link, Work Pass Online (WPOL) for businesses/employment agencies and employers of FDWs, WSH eServices, creating Non-notifiable Workplace Record and Workplace Number, managing eService account and access rights for Authorised Examiners (AE), registering/managing WSH professional and competent person certificates, registering/managing WSH service provider certificates, submitting/managing medical examinations reports, noise monitoring reports, toxic substances monitoring reports, ConSASS submissions/retrievals, SS651 audit submissions/retrievals, Safety Development Unit (SDU) submissions, viewing the list of workplaces for AE, Management of Work Injury Compensation (WIC) claims, and WSH Incident Reporting will be unavailable.
On Sunday, 26 April: - From 3pm to 5pm: The Medical Examination (ME) Portal will be unavailable.
